Rancu's NegLigence Misrepresentation (Section 777)

The issue is whether I can sue you under negligence misrepresentation
which cause the plaintiff facing disappointment
FirstLy, I need to prove that you are negligence
I should establish that you have owed duty of care to me
I’ll be my own laywer

Here comes proximity
Definitely there is a close proximity
None will doubt it
After all, there is a foreseeable duty of care to me
A reasonable person can see that you owe the duty of care

You also failed to exercise the required standard of care
Subjected to unforeseen circumstances,
You failed to tell the latent changes that suddenly come out
With the premises made by you
Therefore, you committed a breach of Rancu’s law

Hence, I can sue you for the damages that I need to get
I may seek for the remedies that I’m longing to
The losses that I suffered are disappointment and time wasted
Although it apportioned due to contributory negligence,
it still suffices as a breach of negligence misrepresentation
And you liable for the losses I suffered
